What is a canvas?

A canvas is the graphical visualization of the map without any overlays, such as menus.

What is a geometry object?

A geometry object is a shape that can be drawn on the canvas. Find the possible shapes in the list of options in the Toolbox menu under Draw. Examples of geometry objects are Point and Single line.

How to save the canvas as an image?

  • Right-click on the canvas
  • Select Save image as...
  • Save the image to the desired location.

How to draw a Point?

  • Enable the Point option in the Toolbox menu under Draw.
  • Single left-click on the map.

How to draw a Single line?

  • Enable the Single line option in the Toolbox menu under Draw.
  • Single left-click on the start position of the line.
  • Single left-click on the end position of the line.

How to move a drawn Point?

  • Enable the Select option in the Toolbox menu under Draw.
  • Select the Point by left-clicking on it.
  • Left-click and hold the Point while you drag it to the desired location.
  • Finalize the movement by letting go of the left-click hold.

How to move an end/intermediate point of a drawn Single line?

  • Enable the Select option in the Toolbox menu under Draw.
  • Select the Single line by left-clicking on it.
  • Hover your mouse to a end/intermediate point of the Single line until it snaps (auto-moves your cursor) to the location of the point.
  • Left-click and hold the end/intermediate point while you drag it to the desired location.
  • Finalize the movement by letting go of the left-click hold.

How to add a Connectivity layer?

  • Draw or Select a Point.
  • Select the Connectivity button in the Popup of the Point.
  • Configure the options presented in the window.
  • Select Submit to request a Connectivity layer to be added.
  • On success, the layer will be automatically selected under Connectivity layer.
